A man was caught in the early hours of today inside the room of a student at the Ekiti State University while trying to rape her.
The suspect who identified himself as Abraham had gained access to the room around 1:30 am but the lady narrowly escaped and called for help.
Abraham was subsequently nabbed, beaten before being handed over to the school’s security operatives.
